With an innovative approach to treatment, residents will learn appropriate self-regulation and behavior management techniques that will lower the risk of re-offense. Caseworkers and Parents are encouraged to be active members of the treatment team to ensure that each child gets the most out of the therapeutic environment.
Our therapeutic services utilize Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Threapy and strengths/needs based practices.
On site education is provided by Hittle House and Lumin Academy. Academics will meet each child's functioning level. Two teachers, an IEP Coordinator and Program Manager are on site daily to provide for all aspects of the educational environment.
Hittle House now offers outpatient care for adolescents with problematic sexual behavior in central Ohio. We are a Medicaid and fee for service provider. Please contact our office and speak to Heidi McAfee for more information
